Joining Boog resident stalwarts Frank Booker + Lucky Lance (of Team Dynamite + Sky Pirates fame) & Hudge (host of Music For The People's ‘Bugging’ Out with Hudge' + of Friends & Whānau notoriety) are the enigmatic Scott Towers AKA Chopper Reeds (FFD) + DJ Misa.
SCOTT TOWERS is a sax player for the beloved Fat Freddy’s Drop and longtime vinyl lover who has dug for records in exotic spots around the world.
DJ Misa hosts ‘Run With The Wolves' w/ Georgina Costanza on Base FM every Thursday night, sharing music from Africa to the Caribbean and beyond.

The Boog is Neck of the Woods' very own in house club night - a happy, hedonistic throwback to the late 70s and early 80s and the music hiphop was birthed out of - disco, funk and soul but most of all, boogie. Every month we bring together some of the best DJs and selectors from all over the music scene to set the dance floor on fire with their favourite boogie tunes.
The Boog is all about good vibes on the dance floor and a room full of swaying bodies with enough space for everyone, so go ahead and leave any bad buzz at the door.
