Girls Rock! Pōneke are excited to present their first ever online festival! Homemade Jams will take place this Friday 17th April, 2pm – 6.45pm, and is going live in cyberspace from the Girls Rock! Aotearoa Facebook page.
Viewers AKA those in the digital mosh-pit are encouraged to donate to the Girls Rock! Pōneke Give-a-Little Fundraiser. The fundraiser will help cover the costs of their 2020 programme which provides work for local musicians, and opportunities for aspiring young musicians.
The line-up includes sets from New Zealand rock icon Julia Deans, experimental ambient artist Motte, Auckland’s Louisa Nicklin, Wellington’s Sports Dreams and more.
