WELL THAT HAPPENED… This gig was all set to go the week of lockdown, and like so many other acts we had to pull the plug. But Pōneke frock n roll favourites Ingrid And The Ministers are back with a punch, a couple of new singles to share and a first album release to celebrate!
Join them for a mind-expanding journey through the mysterious, raw and ultimately uplifting landscapes of love, loss and redemption. Their psychedelic “frock” music weaves heart-aching intimacy, 60s tinged psychedelia and full-on noisy rock & roll.
“Full of warmth, blues, and desert rock romanticism, summoning an image of Wellington as a dusty, western small town with a taste for psych and wailing guitar.” - UTR
They’ll be joined by Pōneke indie sensations Namesake and Claudia Jardine for a beautiful evening of heartfelt songwriting and sincere local rock’n’roll.
Music starts at 8:30pm.
