Blood Mothers

Blood Mothers is a collective powerhouse of avant-nesian binary bending artists reprogramming the mainstream by encompassing the instinctual power of oceanic storytelling that transcends illusions of western order.
In their year together, they’ve opened for the likes of Betty Apple, Eartheater, Tautai Contemporary Pacific Arts, Blak Dot Gallery (Naarm) and worked alongside local icons such as Faf Swag and Big Fat Raro. This is a live broadcast… bitch you thought you knew!!!

The Drone/Field Recordings mutant twin of Tash van Schaardenburg a.k.a. Citacsy. Ro Rushton-Green is a multi-instrumentalist based in Dunedin. A consummate performer on violin, saxophones and voice Ro is a member of numerous bands including Sewage, Shape of a Mouth (with Hermione Johnson), Kro-Moon (with Kraus), Superstarz and more.

Daniel is a musician, composer and sound artist who lives in Wellington, New Zealand. He performs on a number of different instruments in groups including Orchestra of Spheres, Imbogodom , Sign of the Hag, Sunburst Finish, Micro Soft Voices, UMU, Little Wet Horse, Secretaries on Standby, The Mantarays and Slakes.
