Raylee Bradfield
Born and bred in South Otago, singer and songwriter Raylee Bradfield draws on her love of alt-country, gospel and folk genres (Ryan Adams, Patty Griffin, Gillian Welch and Mavis Staples). Raised in a musical family, where harmonies were naturally found and a guitar was never far away, Raylee crafts memorable tunes you'll find easy to sing along to. Her debut album, Where Wildflowers Grow released in 2019 with song writing nomination for Give me the Answer (Gold Guitars 2019). More recently Raylee has been writing songs inspired by Impressionist paintings, and indie/pop tunes with exploration on electric guitar.
Residing in Auckland where time is spent teaching at a contemporary music school, song writing and performing regularly, Raylee has a story and a tune ready to share with you.
Bill Angus
Melodic and moody acoustic guitar music driven by intelligent lyrics and a folky fingerstyle tradition. It is twenty years since the songwriter was signed to the company that produced Muse. Not exactly traditional folk, blues or country, this has a punk sensibility, something like those catchy acoustic tunes you used to love.
