In its ongoing commitment to support and provide opportunities for live performance, Pah Homestead is proud to present the Sunday Concert Series 2022 - an eclectic array of musicians and musical genres showcasing local performers.
Join us in the drawing room of our historical heritage building for traditional Persian music called Isfahan, after the historical city in Iran.
Rasoul Abbasi
Rasoul Abbasi (far left) is a UNESCO award winning Iranian musician based in Auckland. Along with an academic background in music, he has been internationally involved in many projects in various music genres including outstanding live improvisations.
Joining him will be, from left to right; Behrooz Balai (Tar, Setar), Sajad Hasanpour (vocal), Mohamad Faghihi (Tonbak), Amir Shahmohamadi (vocal), and Delara Tafreshi (Santour).
