Tahini Bikini are an ever evolving 6-8 peice band who's collective passion is to get everyone on the dancefloor grooving. The band established themselves early 2020 when lead singer Mads Taylor met guitarist (Lukas Jury) in the line for the bathroom at a local bar - third to join the pair was Alex Coffey, who plays keys and is the man behind the production. Cae Te Wheoro Heke on the bass, Barney Johnson on drums, Chev Fraser on trumpet and most recently adding second guitarist James Phizacklea to the mix. With every new recruit a new song was written and they've now found themselves with a large catalogue of original tunes, 8 of which have made the pick for their debut album Fever Dream.
From humble beginnings throwing backyard parties and battling many setbacks through the midst a pandemic they've come blazing out the other side with an 8 track album and much more to come.
