Fool’s Lagoon return from the depths this winter to summon their first track of 2023: MISTY'S MYSTIQUE, out Friday June 24.
Misty is the first of a run of singles for the band to be released from their next body of work. Their second collaboration with producer Connor Jaine, the Fools have honed in to provide a first taste of the next breed of New Zealand indie music.
The Fools are saying funk it and are going all in, supporting this ice-breaking release with their first headline show on June 30th at K Road’s own Anthology Lounge. With opening performances supporting Aotearoa bands Midwave Breaks, Coast Arcade and Tahini Bikini under their belts, it’s time to show Tāmaki Makaurau how to Fool around - for real.
Supported by friends Paul the Kid and Gegenpress, this will be a high energy genre spanning night of music that will move and shake you!
