At Thirsty Dog on the evening of the 27th of October, expect to find…
WORK
Work is, well… what isn’t it or who is it, if anyone at all? The band suggest it’s rock and roll over baby, potentially a ruinous wasteland of sound, though never failing to depict feelings of love, hate, disdain, and celestial phenomena. With an EP release imminent, they will be playing the record in full. So… don’t be late.
With support from...
CATHRO
Cathro’s honest and catchy rock-n-roll is back. With powerful violin lead lines (Charmian Keay), one of the best rhythm sections in Auckland (Joshua Worthington Church & Jamie Hannah), and earworm-y guitar and vocals by Paul Cathro.
AWNING
Awning is a collaborative musical project led by artist Christian Dimick. The project began as a way to refine a selection of home recordings, but has developed into a collaborative songwriting effort with Eli Superfly, Riley Noonan, Tharushi Bowatte and Baxter Perry.
