Garage Project Wild Workshop and Inner Circle are excited to present a fresh take on house music in Wellington.
This fully curated experience will take music enthusiasts on a journey through sub-genres of house at Garage Project’s Wild Workshop. Inspired by Defected Records and the iconic Haçienda in Manchester, DJs and producers from across the Wellington region are lined up to bring you an evening of floor-fillers.
Inner Circle’s collaboration with Wild Workshop aims to deliver the best in live production, sound, and most importantly a platform for househeads to unite and lose themselves in music.

8:30 pm – Peter Meffan
Opening the night on the decks is local Wellington DJ and producer Peter. An experienced and musically gifted talent, Pete has played around New Zealand at various events, and his sound is well sought after. Together with his brother Alli, he plays and produces as part of the electronic duo Humble Kumara. Check them out on Spotify.
9:15 pm – Miss Robyn
Born and raised spinning vinyl in the early 2000s at Studio 9, Robyn has played alongside some of New Zealand's best including Greg Churchill & Nice n Urlich's Bevan Keys. Recently known for her groovy sets at Laundry Bar, she says her musical influence comes from Chicago house DJ Derrick Carter. On the night she will be going back to her roots and busting out an old-school house classics set that will be sure to get you cutting some shapes on the dancefloor!
10:15 pm – DOPPS
One of the founders of Inner Circle, David’s passion for house music derives from a musical family and his days DJing in his early twenties. With a mix of funky and soulful upbeat house, David is known to be seen playing events around Wellington, as well as making appearances at parties on Waiheke and in The Mount.
11:15 pm – Millie Monday
Co-founder of Inner Circle, Mills started her journey towards DJing during her formative years, with her parents rocking the dancefloor of famous nightclub and Acid House scene, Haçienda in Manchester. Mills’ signature style is heavily biased towards naughty, bouncy tech house and she has played the Wellington circuit for several years, including appearances at the well-known Laundry.
12:15 am – Brad Davies
Bringing Garage House vibes with him from the UK after leaving his last pro gig at Forum Bar in Sheffield, you will now find Brad loitering at DJ comps, open deck nights and the best house parties. A prodigious talent on the decks; funky garage jams, athletic pumping house and uplifting soulful vibes are the main ingredients of his sound. Brad’s set will perfectly close out the night. Ticketed house music event starting at 8 pm and finishing at 1 am, with five local and national DJs each playing one-hour sets.
Garage Project and Inner Circle have specified for this event to be categorised as 18+ and this will be policed on the night with ID checks on the door.
Attendees are requested to drink responsibly.
