DANICA BRYANT
Deliciously sweet yet shockingly bitter” (UTR), Danica Bryant is no ordinary songwriter. Her hard guitar and pain-filled howl (The Hook NZ) has seen Bryant gather national titles from Smokefree Rockquest and Play It Strange, a NZ Hot Singles charting track, and an opening slot for the legendary Elton John in 2020. Writing songs with a uniquely feminist perspective on intense topics such as adolescence, mental health and celebrity culture, it's clear this young woman bites back.
I perform in two distinctly different settings - as a background music covers performer, and as a full solo stage show with a vocal harmony pedal and primarily original music.

SAM SAFFERY
From rural Hawke's Bay in New Zealand to the subways and bodegas of New York, Samuel R. Saffery’s musical journey is unquestionably linked to place and movement.
Blending indie folk, alternative rock, and classical influences, his songs are delivered with a distinctive, melodic voice, as haunting as it is sweet.
Honest and gutsy lyricism, a commitment to simplicity, and a willingness to connect, combine to give listeners the sense they are sharing in a secret that might not be retold.
Saffery is a member of Indie folk bands Bird Courage and Lucide and kid's music project Safari Kids. His solo music explores themes of identity, the subconscious world, human beings’ sense of place and their daily connections with one another.

YANN LE DORRÉ
Yann Le Dorré is a folk musician based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara. He sings saturnine songs for modern times and the stars too high in the sky. Drawing from 70’s singer- songwriters, outlaw country legends and 90’s grunge acts, he writes for the divorcees and drunkards in a series of acoustic reports from the rain-drenched capital.

GRACE DUNCAN
Raised in Heretaunga (Hastings), and now living in Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington), indie-folk singer-songwriter and composer Grace Duncan will enchant you with her lilting voice, reflective lyrics and meditative melodies. Spending time with Grace and the band might spark some recollections of the sounds of other iconic artists from Aotearoa, like Brooke Fraser and Holly Arrowsmith. Join her with this preview of what’s to come as Grace performs with her full band during PA2024.

WILLY DELPHIA WARM UP
Warming up the crowd ahead of their full-band set on the 23rd of Feb, DJs Willy Delphia and Firstname Lastname will be spinning some deep house and disco numbers to get you grooving ??
