Gig Information

Hannah Everingham tours this fall to celebrate the release of her sophomore album ‘Siempre Tiene Flores’ out March 15th via Leather Jacket Records & underunderground records

With an ever-growing array of live performances under her belt from New York to New Zealand, Hannah Everingham has quickly garnered a reputation for herself amongst New Zealand’s independent music scene. Within the last year she has been opening across the motu for the likes of Tiny Ruins, Erny Belle, Ebony Lamb & Recitals among others, before spending 3 months in New York City over a northern winter, performing and writing. She returns to this hemisphere and tours Aotearoa this April, in a series of special shows in celebration of the release of her sophomore album. Be sure to catch one of Hannah Everingham’s live shows this fall while tickets are still available…

“Alternative Folk & Indie Rock from one of the most talented songwriters we’ve heard in some time. For fans of Tom Waits, Patti Smith, Aldous Harding & Courtney Barnett.” (Flying Out Records, 'Siempre Tiene Flores' Album of the Month March 2024)

“I keep coming back to how unique she feels in the local landscape, a raconteur who's light on her feet, mellifluous, and charming.” (Tony Stamp, RNZ)

“I was immediately struck by Everingham’s stage presence… she has a palpable gift for songwriting (Lucy Pollock, Flying Nun)

“Feeling beamed out of a timeless sonic realm” (Under The Radar)

Support for the Pōneke show is Admiral Drowsy, the song writing veneer under which you will find Luke Redfern Scott. Luke has been residing in Aotearoa since the winter of 2016 and has gone on to release two full length albums 'The Gutter Boy Spectates' in 2021 and the more recent 'Industrial Consistency' released back in January 2024, produced with Ryan Fisherman. His music has been said to sound like distorted medieval folk allusions, songs that have a whispering mystery to them. This will be his first Pōneke performance as Admiral Drowsy.

Hannah Everingham performs all shows solo.
