BAD SCHEMATICS
Drawing musical influences from the likes of All Time Low, Bring Me The Horizon, My Chemical Romance, Dead Favours and Paramore, BAD SCHEMATICS features the enigmatic Caleb Hickmott (vocals, synths), Caitlin Sorenson (bass) and Daniel Braithwaite (drums). Both on stage and in the studio BAD SCHEMATICS have a musical chemistry that is palpable, creating a sound exploding with energy and passion
DAVE AND THE DIRTY HUMANS
Dave and The Dirty Humans are not a band that fades in memory next to the many other current Wellington bands the capital scene appears to be teeming with. Not only is the name a mouthful, but their live shows are memorable, and their songs seem familiar by drawing heavily from the near past (read, the 90’s and 2000’s). The band has a friendly stage presence, joking amongst themselves and the audience they interact with by using all four singing members to address the growing crowds they perform in front of.
ADONEYE
Adoneye writes with liberating honesty about bittersweet truths, beautiful aliens and mental alchemy. Their intimate shows inspire strength and deep emotion, with dynamic introspective music and an emphatic, evocative performance. They are a pendulum of vulnerability and power. For fans of Nirvana, Incubus, A Perfect Circle and Elliot Smith.
DONAL AND THE BUCKS
Dónal Gunning is a singer songwriter from Ireland. He draws on rock, folk, indie and punk influences. Now based in Wellington, New Zealand his EP ' Born to Perform' released in May 2024.
He knows how to work the crowd and always brings fun, energy and Irish charm through his thought-provoking lyrics and formative, powerful sound. He’ll bring a driving beat that’ll make want to you shake your hips and rock on all night long. Dónal is accompanied by his back-line 'The Bucks', a collection of upcoming Wellington based musicians. Hold your hats folks, prepare to head-bang, enjoy.
