It's going to be a night of Dance Music Heavy Hitters. These are the tracks that defined a generation, and we’re bringing them back in full force!
Legendary Auckland DJ Nigel Love from Love Music will be leading the charge, with DJ Martin Marshall on the decks and percussion. We are also thrilled to have Lewis McCallum, who has recently been touring with Shapeshifter across New Zealand, joining us for this exciting night.
At a young age Lewis McCallum was awarded Best Saxophonist and Best Young Jazz Musician at New Zealand's National Jazz Festival, and has now gone on to play with some of the biggest names in music: Ray Charles, Manhattan Transfer, Peter Urlich, Hollie Smith, Opensouls, Mark de Clive-Lowe, Batucada Sound Machine, Auckland Philharmonic Orchestra and has toured China with Elaine Paige. Lewis is a feature soloist on the highly acclaimed Synthony shows, where an Orchestra and DJ have combined to wow sell-out crowds.
