Join us at Big Fan on June 5th for the launch of Maddy Low’s new single 'To be near' — a night that also marks her first-ever headline show.
Maddy's music moves between indie-folk, pop, and rock, shaped by influences that span eras but always sound uniquely hers. The result is a sound that feels both fresh and timeless. A natural performer since her early teens, Maddy began busking at 13 and has since built a fast-growing online following through her distinctive covers of artists like Amy Winehouse, The Cranberries, Sublime, and Olivia Rodrigo.
Two other young artists open the night – Jedi, an 18-year-old singer-songwriter originally from the Philippines now based in Auckland, brings thoughtful lyrics and a genuine presence to the stage.
He’s followed by Lily Stiven, also 18, who’s rapidly building a name for herself through her own popular originals and an expanding fanbase.
Set times:
Doors: 7:30pm
Jedi: 8:00pm
Lily Stiven: 8:30pm
Maddy Low: 9:00pm
All ages welcome. Big Fan is fully accessible. You’re invited.
