This week featuring the local bassist Bert Henderson and his quartet
The Bert Hendi 3sum, Wellington's hottest three-piece takes the stage at Rogue and Vagabond on the 15th of June at 5pm. Led by bassist, Robert Henderson, with Oscar Laven on Saxophone, Rick Cranson on Drums, and special guest Louis Thompson-Munn to lend a harmonic-hand on Piano, the group will play a range of both completely original material, leaning into influences from Kenny Garrett, to Ornette Coleman, traditional New Orleans jazz, and even bluegrass music. Swing by and witness the goodness that your eyes and ears will forever thank you for.
