Clayton Taylor and Nathan Torvik bring us The Early Bobs, their heartfelt homage to Dylan’s golden years. Think harmonicas, blistering guitar breaks, and a especially a voice that fans say “does Bob better than Dylan”.
From the Dust Bowl ballads to the biting protest songs, they’ll take you from 1961 to 1979 with authenticity, soul, and a whole lot of magic. If you love Dylan—or just good stories wrapped in unforgettable tunes—these are your guys. Truly – this really is excellent stuff. Clayton & Nate have been transporting folk at the Ruby Bay Store for the past two years, so we just had to get these ‘out-of-towners’ back up to Wellington to ‘spread the vibe’.Not for profit, supporting our dedicated musicians.
