The Undercurrent presents... WilkieMac and Penni Feather!
WilkieMac and Penni Feather are currently touring as a double bill and will play the Undercurrent on Sunday 23rd November.
Earlier this year the two acts collaborated for the Hamilton Arts Festival. They so enjoyed weaving instruments and harmonies on each others' songs, they've teamed up again for gigs that are taking them all around the North Island!
WilkieMac are the Raglan-based duo of Lynne Wilkins and Michael McKinnon. Both are guitaists and singers, with Lynne's multi-instrumental versatility adding colour to their arrangements – from Celtic folk songs through to Lynne's orginals and a few cheeky pop songs.

Penni Feather's solo sets are grounded in folk and blues, with a touch of alternative country, particularly in her originals. With her wide-ranging vocals she is known for deeply inhabiting the songs she sings.
