Video: Transistors - On Cashel St

Christchurch's Transistors are cranking right now. The trio released new EP Cuppa Jarra Brossa earlier this month, are midway through a release tour with their pals The Situations and to top it off they have just unveiled a sweet new video for single 'On Cashel St'. Directed by Ben Dodd, the clip pays homage to 90s Weezer videos, "specifically ones where they play music inside a house", according to drummer Olly Crawford-Ellis, who adds: "But the plants are a hat tip to those great Jonathan Richman live clips of him playing amongst pot plants on a rooftop, and the kitchen sink I would like to say refers to the works of John Osborne".
