Stream The Raw Nerves' New EP 'Serious Beef'

Wednesday 27th January, 2016 10:56AM

Garage punk four-piece The Raw Nerves have lifted the lid on their amazing new EP Serious Beef. The four-song offering sees the Auckland act thematically putting their cards on the table, as they put it: "people are often maggots behind your back and emotions are hard to deal with".

The group, which encompasses the talents of Matt (bass, vocals), Rob (drums, vocals), Dave (guitar) and Rory (guitar, vocals), recorded Serious Beef at Rob's Mt Albert home over a couple of hours - helping to retain that lo-fi and urgent edge that makes their music so captivating, case in point is the must-listen cut 'Life Has Dulled My Senses'. Soak up the whole EP below, and head over to Bandcamp to pick it up under the name-your-price scheme...

Raw Nerves
will be making an appearance on the Worn Out stage at Chronophonium later this month, head over here for more information.
