Listen/Watch: The Trendees - Doña Marina

Lo-fi garage rock is probably the last thing most people would associate with Oamaru, but despite (or maybe, to spite) their steam punk surroundings The Trendees keep churning out brilliantly raucous tunes that go from strength-to-strength. Last month they let loose with 'Abandoned Hospital', and now they've raised the bar with their latest offering 'Doña Marina', which comes accompanied by a blurry clip that basically documents the trio folding in on itself.

Both singles are lifted from upcoming EP, Trendees Go To Town, which was recorded with sonic innovator Kraus and will be out sometime very soon via Epic Sweep. In the meantime chew on this...
