Listen: Bic Runga - Wolves (Kanye West Cover)

As she inches closer to releasing her new album Close Your Eyes, singer-songwriter Bic Runga is sharing her cover of Kayne West's song 'Wolves'. Runga's lilting interpretation of the Life Of Pablo track is a far cry from the synthetic feel of the original version, and only clocks in at half the original length. Speaking about the song choice, Bic told ID:

"Wolves walks this great line between strength and vulnerability which is a theme I've always been interested in, it's just a really heavy song, a really beautiful melody."

Close Your Eyes is out this Friday, and includes covers of The Beach Boys, The Mint Chicks, The Meters alongside two songs of original material. Listen to 'Wolves' below...
