Rock veterans The Cult just tucked two New Zealand shows under their belts as part of an extensive tour to celebrate the release of their 10th studio album, Hidden City. The English outfit, which is fronted by singer Ian Ashbury, played Dunedin Town Hall on Saturday night, before making their way to Auckland for a Monday evening show at a packed-out Powerstation supported by local crew Yukon Era.
