Young Thug Unable To Appear At Laneway Festival 2017
The organisers of Laneway Festival have announced that hiphop drawcard and late entry Young Thug is no longer able to play the festival. However, Sydney-based electronic project What So Not has agreed to cross the ditch for an appearance at the Auckland event. Here is the statement from organisers re Young Thug's withdrawal:
"Despite having his New Zealand visa, recent complications with the visa process for Australia means that Young Thug is not able to play any Laneway Festival dates in 2017. We are deeply disappointed with this outcome as we have wanted Young Thug to play at the festival for some years now.
