Listen/Watch: Little Dragon - High

Swedish synth pop outfit Little Dragon have dropped their first single in almost three years in the form of dreamy new single ‘High’. The tune heavily features vocalist Yukimi Nagano’s velvety intonations sitting snugly atop a synthesised woodwind melody. The tune evokes images of being wrapped in warm bedspreads and floating of into a comfortable slumber with a loved one.

The accompanying video, directed by Ossian Melin, shows what appears to be the protagonist’s visualisations of the band playing in traditional dress from various cultures with wavy shifts of perception inside of a fabric-laden makeshift residence. Get lifted below…
