Indie-rock mainstays Clap Clap Riot set the dancefloor on fire at REC bar in downtown Auckland on Friday night when they played the third show of their four-date Dull Life album release tour. The packed out show was supported by "surf melancholy" four-piece Being. along with rising indie-pop act Balu Brigada, for a night of solid entertainment - which was punctuated by emotion as the band dedicated their encore of ‘Just What I Needed’ by The Cars to close friend and collaborator Jeremy Toth who sadly died last month.
