It's been a wee while since we've heard from Oamaru trash-rock band The Moonrakers, so we're delighted to see them surface with a new six-song offering entitled Recollections Of A Big Band Error. The group, which centres around Eden Bradfield and Austen McMillan but ropes in talents of other friends from time-to-time, have dropped the charmingly shambolic album on Bandcamp with Bradfield describing it to us as "the usual barely strung together assemblage of half-remembered riffs etc".
