As they inch closer to releasing new album Deeper Understanding next month, Philadelphia-based crew The War On Drugs are rolling out bittersweet new tune 'Strangest Thing'. The track comes in the wake of lead single 'Holding On' and is accompanied by its own clip, which was directed by Shawn Brackbill and shot on the expensive-yet-striking 8mm film format.
