Luna Shares Video For Cure Cover 'Fire In Cairo' Starring Rose McGowan

New York-based group Luna, who are led by ex-pat Dean Wareham, are gearing up to release a covers album entitled A Sentimental Education next month that will feature a reimagining of The Cure's tune 'Fire In Cairo' which is lifted from their 1979 debut album Three Imaginary Boys. In anticipation of the album's unveiling, the band have released a video for the song starring none other than the striking Rose McGowan and directed by Keven McAlester, who has described it as "a cinéma vérité film" about the actress. A Sentimental Education will be released at the same time as instrumental EP A Place of Greater Safety on 22nd September
