Jean Grae & Quelle Chris Drop Single 'Gold Purple Orange' + Video

Jean Grae and Quelle Chris (who hail from Brooklyn and Detroit, respectively) have shared a contemplative track called ‘Gold Purple Orange’. The rappers are gearing up to release a collaborative album called Everything’s Fine, from which the tune is lifted. Littered with instrumental solos, the simple beat serves as a vehicle for the the lyrics’ profound commentary on the juxtaposition of modern day life.
The Grae-directed video introduces itself as “everything’s fine karaokay [sic]” and features acting cameos from comedians Hannibal Buress and Eric Andre, the former of which featured on their earlier single ‘OhSh’. Check it out below...
