Dylan Carlson Of Earth Shares Single 'Scorpions In Their Mouths'

US songsmith Dylan Carlson (the riff-writing juggernaut of drone-metal crew Earth) has shared an epic new tune under his own name. ‘Scorpions In Their Mouths’ is five-plus minutes of fuzzed out, droning solo guitar work, with slightly more pace then the average Earth track. The single is lifted from the artist's forthcoming Kurt Ballou-produced album Conquistador, which will be out this April. Carlson said about the record “I guess what ties this all together—all my musical projects and my life in general—is the idea of the quest, that search for new horizons and something unnamable and possibly unreachable.” Check out ‘Scorpions In Their Mouths’ below...
'Conquistador' is out Friday 27th April via Sargent House.
