Stephen Malkmus & The Jicks Drop Fuzzy Single 'Shiggy'

Former Pavement frontman Stephen Malkmus and current co-conspirators The Jicks have unveiled their latest tune 'Shiggy' and announced a brand new album Sparkle Hard out this May. 'Shiggy' lays down a rockin' fuzzed-out baseline as a bed for Malkmus's idiosyncratic lyrical musings and spikey guitar melodies. The long-awaited record from Malkmus and pals is their first since 2014's Wig Out At Jagbags and will feature a duet with legendary Sonic Youth member Kim Gordon, you can stream 'Shiggy' below...
'Sparkle Hard' is out Friday 18th May via Matador Records.
