The Adults Drop Rhythmic Single 'Bloodlines' feat. JessB + Estere

The Adults (the collaborative project helmed by Shihad’s Jon Toogood) have dropped a percussion-driven piece called ‘Bloodlines’, featuring two vocalists-of-the-hour - Estère and JessB. Toogood shared some insight into the intriguing track via RNZ, here's hoping there's more to come…

“[The tune is] based around a traditional Sudanese wedding song which talks about the women of the bride-to-be tribes gathering together to support her as she begins her ceremonial bridal dance. It’s music to empower the bride and lend her strength.”
