Caught Live: Julian Temple Band Play 'Hundred Year Storm' at Chicks Hotel
Dunedin minstrels Julian Temple Band have shared a live video depicted the recording of new tune ‘Hundred Year Storm’ in the studio of ex-venue Chicks’ Hotel. The band is comprised of some of Dunedin’s heavyweight musicians, with keyboards being fielded by Logan Hampton of Alizarin Lizard and low end duties taken care of by Steve Marshall of reggae / rockers Left Or Right.
Filmed by Iain Frengley, Jodie Gibson and Hayden Parsons and recorded by Tom Bell, the clip was shot during the recording session of their latest full length offering Antarctica, which is out this coming Friday. The band will introducing punters to the new material on their upcoming album release tour, playing six South Island and two North Island dates in June.
