Auckland's multi-venue celebration of underground sounds Borderline Music Festival 2018 exploded into The Wine Cellar, Whammy Bar and Backroom for two nights over Queen's Birthday weekend. With four musical zones in constant rotation, the carefully curated affair brought a spectacularly diverse lineup of local artists to the ears of adventurous punters, ranging from ear-bleeding noise, to soulful pop, to street-level raps and more.
