Threat.Meet.Protocol Unveil 'Where Did You Put My Marbles?' EP

Tauranga-based post-punks Threat.Meet.Protocol released their five track EP Where Did You Put My Marbles? over the weekend at this year's Loserpalooza festival, a celebration of some of Aotearoa's finest in-the-red bands. The new collection highlights a lyrical depth and songwriting maturity only hinted at on their previous releases, with less focus on dick gags and more emphasis on intense psychological ruminations over almost funked-up (but no less relentless) rhythms. Could this be a bold new direction for the group?

UPDATE: The band's upcoming national tour has unfortunately been cancelled, many of the shows will continue without Threat.Meet.Protocol but will now be in aid of suicide awareness.
