Friday 29th June, 2018 1:07PM
Auckland songsmith Vincent H.L. has dropped his debut solo album Weird Days, a ten song collection of ragged yarns and slow-burning, foot-stomping tunes. His crack live band features members of Bozo, The Sneaks and Magic Factory, they're celebrating with a launch party tonight at The Wine Cellar with partners in crime Green Grove and Him, and will be playing an all ages show at the Flying Out store on Saturday. Lum has paid his musical dues as a member of Hang Loose, Magic Factory and Whipping Cats, we chatted with the artist earlier this week who dished the dirt on his new collection, you can read our conversation here and dive into the strange world of Vincent H.L. below...
'Weird Days' is out now digitally and on vinyl via 1:12 Records.
