Auckland songwriter Edward Castelow's solo Dictaphone Blues project unveiled their snazzy five song Elastic Meditation EP on Friday, a hip-shaking journey through psychedelic guitar pop and electronic dance-boogie recorded with UK producer Dave Eringa (Manic Street Preachers, The Who, Kylie Minogue). Castelow and his band are saddling up for a sure-to-be-fun national tour kicking off this Friday, and swung by the RNZ studios to give listeners a lil taste of the action before the main event.
