Living Colour New Zealand Shows Announced

Tuesday 14th August, 2018 10:00AM

Trailblazing New York City funk-rockers Living Colour are returning to Aotearoa for two shows this December, to play songs from their 1988 debut album Vivid plus a selection of favourites from their mighty back catalogue. Kicked off in 1984 by guitarist Vernon Reid and swiftly joined by the team of vocalist Corey Glover, bassist Doug Wimbish and drummer Will Calhoun, Living Colour went on to conquer the world with their virtuosic and hugely influential blend of metal guitars and funked-up rhythms, socially-pointed lyrics and hyper-coloured outfits - hits such as 'Cult Of Personality', 'Love Rears Its Ugly Head' and 'Type' retain their bite today. The band's breakthrough album Vivid celebrates its 30th anniversary this year and features standout favourites 'Cult Of Personality' and 'Middle Man', scope the tour details below...
