Caught Live: Flight Of The Conchords Play 'Father & Son' On The Late Show
Wellington comedy songwriting mega-stars Flight Of The Conchords aka Jemaine Clement and Bret McKenzie shared the stage on US television's The Late Show with Stephen Colbert yesterday to play a previously unreleased tune titled 'Father & Son', ahead of the launch of their HBO special Flight of the Conchords: Live at the London Apollo. As the title suggests, the hilariously heartfelt number explores the relationship between a solo father and his "little guy", with a truckload of rib-tickling asides to get you giggling into your morning coffee. Local fans will already know McKenzie is performing locally as part of the star-studded Congress of Animals tour this November and December, wrap your laughing gear around 'Father & Son' here...
'Flight of the Conchords: Live at the London Apollo' premieres on HBO on Saturday 6th October.
