Sheep Share Debut EP 'Graham Matrix VS The Entire Galactic Chaos Empire'
Dunedin-based noise rockers Sheep have unleashed Graham Matrix VS The Entire Galactic Chaos Empire, a straight-to-the jugular debut collection of furious singalong anthems and heavy jamming guitar freakouts. Collecting previously-released protest number 'The Government Can't Take My Benny' along with a clutch of new tunes including live favourite 'Burn Alex Is Burning', the trio of Graham Matrix (Coyote), Josh Bottz and Tobias Heeringa's six track EP spares no listeners with their punchy and seriously twisted aural assault, recalling at times the rhythmic heft of AmRep artists such as Jesus Lizard. Equal parts scary and fun, the band describe their collection as "a fervent attack on all things normie, a grunge explosion to burn down the man one riff at a time" - pour it down your ear-gullet here and catch them in action alongside buds Koizilla and Fazed On A Pony this Friday 12th October at The Crown Hotel...
