The Lemonheads Announce Covers Album + Share Dreamy Single 'Can't Forget'

US indie icon Evan Dando has unveiled 'Can't Forget', the lead single from Varshons II, the first album from his much beloved on again / off again band The Lemonheads in nearly a decade. The new collection is naturally the sequel to 2009's covers collection Varshons, 'Can't Forget' sees Dando lending his tender vocal tones to a song by Yo La Tengo, accompanied by his band's dreamy instrumentation and woozy vocal harmonies, The Lemonheads' twist on the tune is a romantic guitar pop lullaby. The previous album featured a guest contribution from UK supermodel Kate Moss and the new record showcases re-imaginings of songs by such notables as Nick Cave, Lucinda Williams, Paul Westerberg and upcoming visitor to Aotearoa, US Americana trailblazer John Prine.
