Superette Unveil Expanded Edition Of Their Album 'Tiger'
Auckland indie-pop trio Superette captured the hearts of student radio listeners across Aotearoa in their mid-nineties heyday with such infectious singles as 'Touch Me' and 'Killer Clown', and have today re-emerged with a hefty expanded edition of their 1996 debut album Tiger. Formed in 1993 by members of Jean-Paul Sartre Experience and Fang - Ben Howe, Dave Mulcahy and Greta Anderson - Superette's newly reissued record comes along with a generous selection of bonus material, featuring their Rosepig EP and a fistful of freshly unearthed tunes from a never-released second album, including last week's teaser single 'Pretty Picture'. You can cop Tiger (Expanded Edition) digitally or on double-vinyl via the fine folk at Flying Nun Records, check out a stream of the entire twenty three track collection below...
