Stream The Lemonheads' Covers Album 'Varshons 2'

US indie icon Evan Dando's long-running band The Lemonheads have returned with Varshons 2, their first studio album in a decade. The new collection is the second in a series of covers records (the first being 2009's Varshons, naturally), this time around showcasing Dando's dreamy grunge-pop-magic re-imaginings of songs by Nick Cave, Lucinda Williams, Paul Westerberg, Americana legend John Prine (visiting Aotearoa for a three date tour this month) and more. It's been a couple of years since we saw the US artist strut his stuff on New Zealand's stages, hopefully this fresh fluffy of activity will bear fruit in the form of local shows.
