Live Photos: Deafheaven – Galatos, Auckland

US blackgaze titans Deafheaven brought the heavy vibes to Auckland’s Galatos last night, for the second half of their hugely anticipated North Island tour. The powerful quintet deafened attendees with riotous renditions of material from their 2018 offering Ordinary Corrupt Human Love as well classic tunes from their back catalogue. Warming up the audience's ears and freezing their hearts were Wellington darkness-inciting duo Tuscoma playing support.
