Spawts Drop Punchy Single 'P*ss In The Wind'
Auckland post-punk rockers Spawts have revealed ‘Piss In The Wind’, the driving third single from their upcoming debut album AVI. Crammed with spiky angular hooks and punchy rhythms, the team of Kieran Ormandy and Jamie Hannah's new tune starts out in a darkly melodic pop-punk mode before unfurling into a frenzied extended instrumental passage. Drawing inspiration from Auckland's underground music community surrounding St Kevin's Arcade, AVI drops in late July and you can catch the pair playing throughout the North Island this month in celebration of their latest single.
