Taranaki-born neo-soul singer and producer Bailey Wiley has dropped ‘Between The Lines’, written with Soraya La Pread and produced by SWIDT’s Isaiah Libeau aka Smokey Got Beatz. The single is the latest from her fast approaching self-titled EP, set for release next Friday 17th May. ‘Between The Lines’ is a magical, flirty RnB tune, with slick production showcasing Bailey Wiley’s spectacular vocals – which she said were actually a bit of a hurdle: “To be honest, I couldn’t actually sing it from top to bottom when I first wrote it because my voice was so out of practice. But with some discipline and boundaries around my lifestyle, I got stronger and taught myself to sing again”. So don’t be too hard on yourself if you can’t sing along the whole way through…
