Ōtautahi Pop-Rockers The Ruling Elite Share 'Gymnasium'

Self-described as "Christchurch's leading middle-aged boy-band", The Ruling Elite have got a third album in the works and have gifted fans with its second single release. 'Gymnasium' is a little bit raucous and a whole lot radical. Vocalist Andrew O’Connell (Palace Of Wisdom, Pavlovs Puss) is captivating and highly #relatable, chiming in with "she probably spent the morning in the gym, doing crunches thinking about him". It’s easy to picture a crowd of gig-goers moshing to the latest creation from band members Rory Dalley, Dave Branton, Chris Andrews and cover-artist Mike Boulden. The album release date isn’t set in stone just yet, but the band's promised it’ll be ready in time Christmas…
