Pōneke singer and producer Alexa Casino has made a huge return following more than a year's downtime between releases with 'Die Like A Rose'. Alexa Casino will be bringing it live at Tāmaki Makaurau's Whammy Backroom this Friday 19th July for In Da Club, with Ana Te Kōtiro, newcomers bb gurl (also featuring Yery Cho), and DJs Brownboymagik, G G, and Casino's disc-spinning alter-ego DJ Snakelegs. The hard working artist will also be playing at 95bFM's free all-ages Drive Island XI event, happening at Ellen Melville Centre early Friday evening, alongside lofi hip hoppers PollyHill and DJs Jonny and Big Hungry.
