David Kilgour Announces New Album 'Bobbie’s A Girl' + National Tour

David Kilgour And The Heavy Eights have announced their album Bobbie’s A Girl will be ready for a September release, and have shared the first track 'Smoke You Right Out Of Here'. It’s been a couple of years since the co-helmsman of The Clean and The Great Unwashed gave fans anything new to fawn over, and the latest song from his eleventh solo album is a total charmer. The Michael Galinsky directed visuals play off the gentle and earnest sounds in 'Smoke You Right Out Of Here', leading the viewer through winding Aotearoa roads, harbours, lakes and the Acropolis of Athens. Kilgour and band have got a tour lined up for October / November to celebrate the LP release, take note of the dates below and have a listen to his low-key new tune…
